1. Client and Team Discussions
Once the client contacts us with a requirement for our recruitment services, our recruitment professionals will discuss with the client the necessary requirements and build a profile for the client’s ideal candidate. A contract will be issued in advance so clarity of the terms and process of hiring is agreed by both parties
2. Candidate Screening
From the briefing and the given requirements, our experts will look towards our in-house database or search processors and match the client’s needs.
3. Candidate Shortlisting
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a vetting process. Their previous experience, workplace compatibility, salary expectations and any other given requirements will be screened during this period to ensure that the candidates will be an ideal fit for the vacant position.
4. Client’s Review & Interview
Our team will forward the collated information of the shortlisted candidates to the client, for review before deciding to interview. Thereafter, we will contact the candidates for any interviews or required tests and arrange a set appointment for both parties.
5. Hired
Assuming the client has finalized their decision with the candidate post-interview, successful candidates will be informed and an offer letter will be drafted by the client. If in the event the client does not find the candidate suitable People Source will improve their search and continue to find the ideal candidate for your business.
1. Candidate Approaches PSPS
Once the Candidate applies to a vacant position listed on our Current Openings page or directly through our CV portal our recruitment professionals receive and review the attached documents.
2. Candidate Screening
Our recruitment professionals will scan through the profiles of applied candidates screening potential candidates against the job description, previous work experience and other factors to ensure that the position is an ideal fit for the candidate. Selected candidates will be contacted by our professionals and informed of their shortlisting as well as confirming their availability to the concerned position.
3. Client’s Review & Interview
Our team will forward the collated information of our candidates to our client for review and to further decide whether the candidates will be interviewed or not. Thereafter, we will contact the shortlisted candidates to inform them of their interview or any required tests
4. Hired
Once the candidate, is shortlisted and finalized People Source would assist the client in completing the hiring process and ensure all legal formalities and processes of the organization are adhered to by the candidate. In case the candidate refuses the offeror has a counteroffer. People Source will have to provide additional CV’s to ensure the position is filled as per the client’s organizational needs.
Once the client contacts us with a requirement for our Recruitment Process Outsourcing services, our outsourcing team will discuss with the client the necessary requirements and build a profile for your outsourcing requirements, depending on the positions required, length of contract and so on. The client can decide if they would prefer PSPS to conduct the hiring process for their organization or if the client requires their own staff to be hired A contract will be issued in advance so clarity of the terms and process of hiring is agreed by both parties.

6. PRO & Medicals
After the offer letter is signed, the outsourced employee is provided by us with an employment visa, labour card & Emirates ID as per the norms of the Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratization. We handle all end to end formalities right from labour approval, medical processing and visa stamping.
7. Constant Support
Aside from offering constant administrative support, we will also provide HR and payroll services for the outsourced employee whilst direct management of the employee falls under the hands of the client. We handle all formalities relating to the outsourced employee from hiring till the employee has completed their tenure.
8. Repeat Services
According to the contract agreed upon People Source and the client, People Source will continue it’s backend HR services & support till the completion or extension of the contract.
