Our client is looking for a Call Center Executive with a minimum of 2 Years of Call Center experience within the UAE.
This is an exciting role for Call Center professionals to pursue a career with a longstanding entity in Dubai responsible for the development and activities of Dubai Tourism, Real Estate & Retail and Leisure. Key Requirements
- Candidate MUST be employed within the UAE
- Candidate MUST have experience handling voice calls, Emails, Web-chat, Whatsapp Chatbot & SMS
- Candidate MUST be bi-lingual, preferably tri-lingual or more
- Candidate MUST be open to rolling shifts or extended hours when & if required
- Available on an immediate basis or have a notice period of 1 Week
