Recruitment For Clients
Our team will forward the collated information of the shortlisted candidates to the client, for review before deciding to interview. Thereafter, we will contact the candidates for any interviews or required tests and arrange a set appointment for both parties.
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a vetting process. Their previous experience, workplace compatibility, salary expectations, and any other given requirements will be screened during this period to ensure that the candidates will be an ideal fit for the vacant position.
From the briefing and the given requirements, our experts will look towards our in-house database or search processors and match the client’s needs.
Once the client contacts us with a requirement for our recruitment services, our recruitment professionals will discuss with the client the necessary requirements and build a profile for the client’s ideal candidate. A contract will be issued in advance so clarity of the terms and process of hiring is agreed by both parties.
