Information about your application:

Within six days from the date of application the shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a personal interview. Regrettably if you do not hear from us within six weeks of applying you have not been shortlisted for this position but your CV is retained in our database. Should any other suitable position matching your profile be advertised you are welcome to apply.

Shortlisted Candidates:

For the shortlisted candidates a People Source recruitment consultant will contact you taking into account your skills vs the job requirements. Should the candidates match the competencies and profile as expected by the client ,a personal meeting between the two will be arranged.

Candidates are expected to:

  • Find out as much information about the position , roles ,organization and the official published data prior to attending any interview.
  • Carry an extra copy of your CV/Certificates/Reference letters to the interviewer.
  • Be formally dressed taking into account the local cultural norms , dress code patterns and hygiene factors.
  • Understand the role, organization structure, location, timings and dept’s prior to confirming any interview with the recruitment consultant.
  • Reach the location on time taking into account the distance, parking and traffic issues .Ensure that you carry all telephone numbers /location maps prior to leaving your house. A harassed interviewee will mess up his /her chances in the first few minutes of the interview.

On attending the interview candidates are expected to call the consultant their in “stating them view the position , the organization and their interest / non interest in this role. The communication at this level is critical for all sides to proceed further either with 2nd level interviews or regrets.

Once a candidate is shortlisted by the client , a recruitment consultant will call you to discuss further details about the salary ,benefits , joining date , reporting structure , department and other details.

Candidates are expected to be honest direct and clear on the employment contract issues so that there is no ambiguity between the candidate and the client .Any regrets have to be informed within the agreed time frames.
